Just started taking the pill and i think i started it wrong, please help!!?

Im 18 years old and i just started taking the pill. Im not having but im ually active if that makes sense and the doc said to start taking the red pill on the first day of my period that corresponds with the day so i have been and then i was reading the pamphlet and it said that your supposed to start in the whites in the grey section so i asked the pharmacy and they said i should of started in the white, and my period has now finished after 5 days and i took the red pill 5 days, but the pharmacy told me to start taking the white pill in the grey section that corresponded with the day today, so yeah started taking that. So now I'm really confused and i dunno if i've stuffed this up or not or do i just continue with what im doing? I still got 2 red pills left in the red section so should i just disregard them and chuck them or what?? Please help me!!

Dogs Toe Nails falling off?

For about the past few months i've been taking my dog to the vet for nail problems. I've attempted to search the internet with little success and while i trust my vets diagnosis as some form of fungal infection...his answers have been fairly vague so i was hoping to find something more specific to the problem if possible. So far my dog has lost 4 toenails, but only the outer shell of the toenail is falling off leaving a shriveled unhealthy looking nail. The most recent time when this happened the nail itself was partially hanging on and the vet was able to pull it off without the nail bed bleeding or causing any significant pain for my dog. From what my vet has said this could take several months of antibiotics to clear up which is not a problem, but i would greatly appreciate anyone's help who might have encountered a similar problem with their pet

Can my fiancee and I get married if her I94 is expired?

My fiancee is from the UK and we live in our home in FL, she has an E2 visa for 4 years. Every two years you need to leave the country even if it's only for 24 hours to get your I94 stamped. Being as times are really tough we couldn't afford to take an international trip. As such her I94 is expired. We tried to get her a valid ID so we could get married and the DMV won't renew her license until her I94 is updated. We still can't afford to leave the country, hence why we wanted to move the wedding date up so her status in the country wouldn't be jeopardized. But it's a catch 22. Now we don't know if we go down to get our wedding license if we show them the expired I94 if they're going to call immigration. I may be over reacting, however what you need is a lawyer for answers and we just don't have the money. Worst part is we'd have the money if she could work, if we we're married HaHAha! Anyways I'm hoping someone will know out there.

Why all of the hatred toward U.S., predominantly southern, NHL teams?

I agree with you completely about having teams in the south. I have actually heard that Tampa is one of the cities that has one of the highest levels support. They had crowds of 20,000 when they were just an expansion team. Many probably fear losing the traditional face of hockey with the lack of Canadian team, something in which I also agree with, but today's sports climate isn't about tradition it is about business, and wherever there is a market for the game is where it is going to go. So If a team can be more profitable relocating from Canada to the southern United State, or another none traditional hockey area, so be it.

I went for a physical for work today the dr. took a long time looking at my eyes, he said that one goes to the left while the other one goes down, and then he said they do the opposite, what is this? During the half time break ..Do you watch the half time views and reviews? If not, what do you do?

Usually go check the fridge for something to fix to eat in the second half, though the kitchen is in the same area of the house so the halftime stuff will still be on the telly, but I won't really be listening. Might pull out the laptop and check out the footy section here, or check emails on the lap or my phone. Not a big fan of halftime but obviously it's necessary, we can't expect the players to just play forever so that we just don't get bored lol

The best way to get a dog to come to you is have it chase YOU. Keep some treats hidden in your hand. With the dog on long lead say its name and come and slowly back away. When the dog comes tp you give praise and treat. If a dog is loose and won't come tp you,start running in the opposite direction and get it to chase you. I had my baby a week ago. I was discharged early bc my son went to another hospital for special care. We are at home now and I feel like I was tossed under a bus. Thinking of buying this telescope for astrophotography?

Both of these are excellent telescopes, but the SkyQuest XT10 is on a Dobsonian mount which is completely manual and has no motor drive, so is unsuitable for any sort of astrophotography beyond snapshots of the Moon and planets. It has a computerized object locator, but no motors to drive it, so that you must centre and track objects by hand. The 120mm has very good optics and is mounted on a solid equatorial mount with an autoguider port, which is something you should consider down the road. But it is definitely more suitable for astrophotography than the 10" Dob. It has an accurate motor drive and slow motion controls on both axes, needed for guiding.

Loch Ness is merely a creature that could have existed at one time, so that has some likelyhood to it. Same with Bigfoot, it's possible that there really is a creature described like Bigfoot. I can't say it's true, but there is some likelyhood. Aliens visiting from Space? Well that seems impossible because it would require probably the ability to travel faster than the speed of light, and the existence of highly advanced life on another planet, probably in a distant star system. There are too many credible eye witnesses of UFO's or flying saucers,to really say that they don't exist, but it seems less credible when people claim that they have seen alien creatures coming from inside the UFO after a landing. So I think Bigfoot or Loch Ness are more likely. Bigfoot seems to be backed up with some reality, because there are many legends, and even parts of the Bible where giant humans "Nephilim" are mentioned.

Could my nephew have been ually abused?

My nephew is 2 years old. Up until a month ago, he was living with his mother and her live-in boyfriend, who I will just call Tom here. Tom (the boyfriend) was verbally, emotionally, & physically abusive to my sister, which she finally admitted to me very recently. She also admitted that Tom hit my nephew so hard on his legs that it left welts. He would him for no reason. My sister didn't stop her boyfriend from hitting her child. My nephew is now living with me and my mother, but my worry has not dissipated. Although I am his aunt, he calls me "momma" often and his behavior has changed drastically. For instance, he is terrified to be put into bed at night. He does anything to stay out of bed & stay with us. He will scream for hours straight, his voice raw, if we don't get him. He was never like this before. He used to lay down with no problem. Nap time isn’t really a problem. The problem is only at night time- bedtime. He also has grabbed his & and messed with it a few times. I can not say if this is normal boy curiosity, or more? He doesn’t seem to be masturbating, but has called his “a hole”. He knows you put things into holes- like blocks into a toy with appropriately shaped holes. His attitude has worsened. He gets angry easily, has bouts of rage. I know he is 2 and the developmental stage he has reached outlines this defiance & autonomy as normal patterns of behavior, but he was never this volatile in the past. He never slapped in the face, or threw things, or ran away from us, spouting curse words that we had no idea he even knew. I also noted a couple of months ago, when he was still living with his mother & Tom, that after staying with me for the weekend, he was terrified to go back to his mother. He clutched to me & seemed afraid of his mother & Tom. He was clearly terrified, panicked, to go with his own mother. He screamed 'NO!" & curled his fingers into me. My sister had to forcefully take him from my arms. He has nightmares. We've noticed that he suddenly developed awful nightmares where he thrashes wildly in bed screaming, "NO! NO!". It's greatly disturbing to see him gripped by that kind of fear. So, because I don't think there’d be any physical trauma anymore, & my sister & Tom will admit nothing I need to know if my fears are valid. I don't want to put my nephew through something like therapy or a medical examination for nothing, but I fear the day my sister comes to get her son again. Will the abuse start again? I have no legal rights to keep him from her, even though I have filed a report with the local police department & called DHR. They say I can’t do anything, that my hands are tied if I want temporary or full custody. But if I could somehow get some kind of emotional/psychological proof of his abuse then I might be able to ensure his safety after all. What should I do? Should I go with my gut feeling that he IS being abused & seek help? If so, who should I go to with my concerns...?

The Snow Peak Trek Series is a really nice cooking set up and there is a difference in volume between the 900 and 1400. These numbers indicate the volume of each pot in milliliters. 900 milliliters should be plenty of volume for you if you are planning on taking this trip by yourself. If you like to do a lot of cooking, then maybe the 1400ml pot would be a better option for you. On my solo trips I carry a .85 L pot (850ml) very similar to the Snow Peak series that you mentioned, accept without the fry pan lid, and it works great for me. The way I always judge a pot is whether or not I can cook 2 packets of Ramen at the same time in the one pot, and if I can do that then I can cook just about whatever I want in that size pot. As far as water purification goes I would recommend a chemical treatment like Aquamira (chlorine dioxide) because of its small package and lightweight, and because it sounds as if you plan on making your backcountry trips as side trips from your x-country backpack. I would not want to be carrying around a big heavy water filter all the time if I were only planning on being in the backcountry for some of my USA tour. I hope this helps.

Which of these signs can you handle the most - Sagittarius, Scorpios or Leos?

I have three sisters, a Sagittarius, Scorpio and Leo. Ages are in that order. The Sagittarius cannot take any criticism at all. Im not sure whether it is that she thinks too highly off herself or accomplishments or something else. The Leo is incredibly vain and is always trying to perfect herself. I'm worried i won't love baby #2 as much...Is this normal?

Good friend - younger guy. What does he want?

I know i'm stupid, but i didn't know things would end up this way. I hate all the offers the Navy has offered to me so far. Right now I am in the Navy DEP and i ship in June. I signed A-Pact. Weight program for summer?

Im 16 years old. And i really need to start lifting weights. Im super scrawny right now. I swim and i didn't make state cut by a second and my coach said i needed to start lifting weight. i can bench about 90(sad i know). im wondering what i need to do for benching and what not that will get improvement quick. I'm fairley free and can find time to lift weights any day. I vomited last night,but no other symptoms, what could this be?

How to crate train a dog?

Ok so im trying to crate train and housebreak at the same time. When i pull her out to go should she always be on a leash. Another thing i like to let my dog run outside during the day and bring her in at night does that get in the way of house breaking her. She has a spot outside where she poops consistently but the problem is on the cold days when it goes below freezing i cant keep her outside. so i would have to bring her in, now because she has a spot outside will she know that she must go outside to that spot. Why is it taking forever for my cold to go away?

Bachelorette Party Attendance?

I am a bridesmaid and I do not want to attend the bachelorette party. Aside from the fact that one of the activites I am not comfortable with, I am MOH for another friend's wedding (which is only 3 weeks prior to this one), the dress for the wedding where I am a BM cost me $270 (we haven't even gotten shoes yet, and this does not include alterations), and then the MOH sends out the itenirary stating the night will cost everyone about $120 apiece. I can't speak for all, but I was not consulted about anything concerning the bachelorette party, nor was it ever asked about anyone's personal financial budget before making all the plans (even has us chipping in on a rental- was it ever asked if anyone had access to a SUV?). I have told her MOH that I would not be able to attend (as this weekend will have to be funded out of the same check I need to pay my car note and credit card bills- and still would have to get hari and nails done for the wedding the same weekend). Her MOH was just like, "You have to come". On top of all of that, the bride wants us to go out on Thurs night (I work all day Thurs), and Fri is the bridal shower and bachelorette party (since the bridal shower is earlier, I will have to leave work early to attend- I'm hourly so that dips into my money), Sat is the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner then she wants us to go to a karaoke bar after that and Sunday is the wedding... I have been having problems w/my feet where walking/standing after a while becomes an issue. I am a very high strung person overall. At work, most people think I am quiet. I mind my own business. I do my work. Occionally I will get up and chat with the others in my department. I think I am liked by many here at work. One of my co-workers is also a friend of mine. But sometimes people get on my nerves. Even my husband. I can't stand long-winded people. For instance, there are several people at work who will just walk up to my cubicle and stand there and wait for me to turn around and acknowledge that they're there. Sometimes I will speak and sometimes I will look at them like "What do you want?". It annoys me when they talk slowly and drag out something that should have taken them two minutes to say. I can't stand people who give too many details. Just get to the point! Also, people who update you on every little thing -- that annoys me. I would recomend the allergy test and those medicines I had horrible nights of scrathing and itching until those measures was taken.... last but not least do not let her get too sweaty even at night that flares up the eczema ..... good luck

How do you get used to getting punched in the face?

I love going to the gym and picking up new techniques but I find that I've focused primarily on wrestling and BJJ. Not that those are bad styles but I want to become an efficient MMA fighter one day and I know my stand-up leaves much to be desired. There are Muay Thai and Boxing cles offered at the gym but there aren't many opportunities to spar during cl. My instructor said that next month he will add more sparing but I've tried to spar before and it just looks awful. I often turn away and leave myself vulnerable. The guy who I sparred with told me, "it only hurts as much as you think it will" but I'm not sure if he just said that to make me feel better. It's a shame because I hit very hard and would be a great striker but obviously it's harder to punch someone who's fighting back.

certain people react a certain way to pot. If i smoke it, im up all night, every joint in my body hurts like hell, and i get terrible headaches. And for some reason no matter how much i smoke, i only get a slight buzz that lasts for 20 minutes. My body doesnt tolerate it very well so i cant smoke it. I have such a jaded, surreal view on love, will I ever find it?

Love is not something you get in and out of it. When you are in, you can never get out. Too many people ask questions about love as if they don't know the source of it all. Love emanates from the Supreme Personality of Godhead and we feel it when we purely show it to someone else. When that love has been found, there is no way you can say it slip... It is also hard for us to understand love because we all are conditioned souls, so I get your point a little bit...I get really frustrated with this nonsense concerns and misinterpretation of Love by humanity at large. When you have lust or are anxious, please don't call it love for crying out loud!!!

1965 Mustang Starter question?

Whenever I put the keys into the ignition to turn the car over the mustang will do nothing. All I hear is one click from the voltage regulator. So far I have replaced the battery, red battery cable, and starter relay switch (solenoid). Still no luck. When I apply a screwdriver to the "hot" post on the solenoid to start it, the starter seems to stay engaged now when the engine begins to run. A terrible shrieking sound occurs. I'm not sure if mt next step is to replace the starter or could there be a problem with the ignition switch wiring??? Just throwing out some ideas. I'm a beginner and would appreciate the advice someone with more experience may have. I'm spent more money on this than I would have liked so far. Time to ask for help. Much appreciated. Again, when I insert the keys into the ignition all I still get is a click from the voltage regulator. When I byp the ignition and use the hot post on the relay switch to start the Mustang a terrible screeching noise occures. I think the starter is not disengaging. When the engine is turned off it sounds like the starter is "winding down".

The reason is simple...the most loyal fans watch their teams religiously. As a Patriots fan (and I'm sure they were number 6 or 7 in the ratings), I would watch them even if they had a Lions type season. To these types of fans, football is football, regardless of the team, its just for the love of the game. As for the top teams, I would watch Steelers, colts, and bills games just to root for them to lose, thus contributing to the ratings. Everyone hates the Steelers.

Just had radiator replaced, now car is showing very low refrigerant warning. Could this be related?

I have a 1997 Cadillac Deville, and I just got my radiator replaced a few days ago. Today I got a "very low refrigerant, a/c compressor turned off" warning on my dash, and was wondering if there was any way that something could've gotten messed up with my a/c system when the mechanic was doing the radiator work that would cause a refrigerant leak. Alternatively, is it possible that the radiator work would have caused an a/c/ sensor to go off and give me the message in error? Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm. I don't work for an o.s., but I know in general when you have surgery, you should not resume strenous activities for several days. I think if you are still hurting to this degree, it would be best to wait to go to work tomorrow until reaching your o.s. office for adivce. Be sure you are taking your pain medicine and getting lots of rest. Also remember your post op instuctions about dry socket. Good Luck

Can an extremely sore throat (possibly strep) be connected to an extremely painful wisdom tooth?

For five days now I have had an incredibly sore and dry throat (its not worsening, but isn't getting better either), which may be strep now that I think of it....but at the same time the sore throat started, my upper right wisdom tooth started to get swollen and sore and painful around where its coming through my gums, but it didn't bother me before, until this sore throat began on Monday. Could the two ailments be related? And if so, should I go to the regular doctor for the sore throat, or straight to the oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth? I have no insurance, so I can't afford to go to both. One can give me antibiotics and it will treat both infections, if this is in fact strep and tooth abscess. Are there any doctors or smart people who can guide me as to where to go or what to do? Thanks!

2.5 nano tank set-up?

I'm planning on setting up a 2.5 gal planted nano tank minimalist style or "iwagumi" style. For the substrate I'll use clay only and no sand for the plants I'm planning Hemianthus callitrichoides "Cuba" (HC)and rocks for the iwagumi effect. How can i get my dad to like my best friend?

My friend lives in a apartment type building so he has a landlord... but when we were 9 we liked throwing knives at the door outside, now that door has been un repaired for some time last year we bought naruto kunais which are knifes and we were throwing the at a piece of plywood learning from 4 years ago. now about a week before the door got repaired and when me and my friend left to get our kunais the door was damaged once again (it looks like some the paint is peeling) from who knows what so we come back set up the plywood and throw the knives. now about 20 min. later his landlord drives up and sees us throwing the knives and immediately checks the door he sees the minor damages and let me emphasise on the word MINOR he calls my dad and tells my friends mom and we have to repaint the whole front of the house????? anyways after that little incident im not allowed to have sleepovers over there and he cant sleep over at my house anymore which is what we did like a lot. so about a month later this kid becomes good friends with my ignorant best friend and us 3 become good friends but this new friend likes to steal so he decides to steal 3 guitars from our music room at school and stashes them at my best friends house, now my friends mom finds the guitars and calls my dad and the other so called "friends"( the third person) parents we all get in trouble and im not aloud to hangout at my best friends house anymore and hes not allowed to go to my house either. His mom doesnt care if i come over mostly my dad and the landlord doesnt mind either but he cant come over to my house because my dad has labled him as a hoodlum/troublemaker/deviouslittle now a year later we have matured and i mean really matured and we try as hard as we can not to get in trouble when we hangout at our other friends house, but my friends mom and landlord have forgiven us for the past incedents but my dad hasnt changed, now since me and my friend dont hangout as much we arent really that good of friends anymore and i just want to be able to hangout with him more often again

my clio keeps losing power when its been out for about and half hour 2 an hour when im driving the accelerator jus stops working so i have to switch the engine off an on whilst driving to get acceleration back i think the throttle body urgently needs a good clean its running ruff and acceleration is slightly delayed are these the affects of a very dirty throttle body?

My brother is 21 years old, he has legal custody of me because our parents died a while back when he was 18. I'm 12 years old about to turn 13, and I think my brother is taking drugs. What is under my house? and how do i keep it away?

I live in a mobile home park. Our home just so happens to be next to a field. At about 11pm every night I hear something banging around under my house. Im not too sure where exactly the animal is (in the vents or under them) but when they bang around, you can hear it clearly through the vent in the computer room, (coincidentally the room I'm in right now) and they are banging so hard it shakes the floor where me feet are. I'm thinking it's a possum, but I've done some reading and they are nocturnal...wouldn't they be outside right now? Anyway, the noise is kinda scary because it just happens out of nowhere and I'm afraid they might get through. Also, in our hallway, is the thing where the main controls (I guess you would call it) for our heating and a/c. I also hear them hitting that pretty hard and it sounds like they are in that area. This is a concern because the wall it is next to isn't made of brick, if you catch my drift. Sorry it's so long but I think it's a possum or a cat. One scares me the other doesn't. Another reason I think it's a possum is because the night my husband brought this to my attention it started hissing at him. But it wasn't a cat hiss, it was more of a heavy breathing hiss.

We are honeymooning and my husband has sleep apnea--help!?

My fiance and I just got married and are midway through our honeymoon. It has become very apparent that he has sleep apnea. Thankfully, he has agreed to have a sleep study done once we return home. In the meantime....I am incredibly sleep deprived. The snoring starts RIGHT away and will not EVER stop. Rolling over is pointless. And it is so LOUD. I have never had a child, but I aliken it to a baby crying nonstop, and I am getting VERY frustrated. I know he can't help it right now, but I am SO tired and semi resentful. We don't have the budget for me to rent another room just for myself. When I got to take naps in the day time, he'll lay down with me and the snoring will STILL persist. The breathright nosestrips have not been of much help. Is there anything I can do in the meantime? I've been wearing earplugs...they have not been much help at all. We go home on Tuesday...and until then, is there anything I can do?
