I dont feel so good)::?
Headaches, sorethroats, eye discharge...sounds painful ! May I suggest you you drink plenty of water, increase your vitamin C intake, either fresh fruit, oranges, for vitamin C OR orange juice, gargling with salt/water throughout the day and REST...Sounds like your body is under a tad of stress, DO keep the flids UP ! DONOT get dehydrated, also Tepid bath is soothing, and last but not least a good nites sleep, 6-8 hrs of uninterrupted Zzzzzzzz's .....Have NO noise in the bedroom, no TV, no radio, a good 30 minutes prior to resting.... If you do not have an appetite for food, at least have soup, anything to keep the system OPEN....My best to YOU...
