Eye problems please help?

I went for a physical for work today the dr. took a long time looking at my eyes, he said that one goes to the left while the other one goes down, and then he said they do the opposite, what is this? I have looked all over the internet and have found nothing, he said to make sure that I see my eye dr. asap, he ped me for work but now i am kina worried, i do have an astigmatism he said this has nothing to do with that, and he proceeded to ask me questions about head trauma, head injury all this was after looking into my eyes, i have an eye dr. apt.on tue. but though maybe someone can help me here thanks
