I'm worried. Sign of testicular cancer?

I've got a tiny BB pellet sized growth in my , although it is not growing on either testicle and is not attached to either. I've heard about a tiny ball that may grow there that just contains sperm. Called a spermocitle I think. Help me out here, let me know about this.
