THe only help is go to the fbi home page and click on to cybercrimes and they will investigate and prosecute. Of course they are breaking the law and breach of contract. Whatever is on your webpage is your domain owned by you no matter who works on it. The fbi works on cyber crimes all over the world. You may think they are in india, but can put a site together from anywhere in the world.
