Why did the barbaric israeli COWARD army target UN schools,HQ,Cars & personal DELIBERATELY?

I can't understand how they are still allowed to be a member of the UN. They have ignored all 70 UN resolutions against them, and fired on UN targets, and disregarded international law with their crimes in Gaza. Truly appalling.
