Need resume advice after 5yrs with children but don't want to be discriminated, what should my resume say?

During my 5 years outside of my work industry, I invested in real estate & oversaw the renovations of my investments. At the same time I took care of my children & participated in art exhibitions as a featured artist & temporarily worked as an art instructor. All though I did not recieve a regular paycheck from my investments I have made money from them & consider the my project management experience as work. What should my resume look like or say, so I do not automatically get discriminated against for being a stay at home or returning to work mom?
