Rash on ....no other part of body...what could it be? should i be worried?

I am 24 years old to start...a couple of weeks ago i noticed a rash on my ..its a cluster of tiny flat red dots...today it started to itch, i have tried ointments but nothing seems to work and it wont go away..the rash is only on . when i told my sister about it she said it could be an early sign of cancer!!!! when she said that i got scared and remembered lately my have b een secreting a clear fluid that has a musty smell..not sure if this is even related..but should i be worried?
