What can i do to get into politics at a young age?

Hey, I am 14 years old 15 soon. I ve got family working in a govermant department of the U.K. so my household is very political and is always being talked about. I only like the conservatives and live in Cardiff North. My friends father has recently been elected as conservative counciler for Whitchurch&Tongwynlais area of Cardiff and my parents are friends with a conservative AM and 3 other conservative councilers as friends. I ve had 3 personal invitations to the Welsh Sennedd and embly by Jonathon Morgan AM and i been and done it, how can i approach him and ask him wheather i would be able to get involved with the conserverative party in my local area?
