I have an xbox360 right now. Should I sell to get the new PS3 MGS Bundle? Why or why not?

I can sell my 360 and all my games for enough money to buy the 80GB MGS bundle and have some left over for another game. Is PS3 better than 360? I can't decide whether or not to keep my 360 or get a ps3.
