Cold war chart about third word countries help! ?

I need to make a chart that explains the us and soviet union influence politically, culturally and economically on third world countries during the cold war. The countries are Afghanistan, Chile, Cuba, Nicaragua, Egypt,Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Korea, and Vietnam. Just a brief explanation like only a few sentence for each is needed. You dont have to answer all of these but just a few would help!!
