Song Name?...Hip hop song played at a nightclub?

I'm looking for a hip hop song that was played at a nightclub, it sounds like it could be from the mid 90's to early 00's. It's kind of a party song that I’ve heard before. I don't think it was a mainstream artist, it sounded like a young rapper, and the rapping had a fast pace to it. The beat was very recognizable and in the forefront, not heavy base like today's rap beats.
