Need advice on family blowout...HELP PLEASE?

You feel sorry for your husband? It's your son who witnessed this tragedy involving the 3 most important people in his life. Bad choice to have it out in front of him. Your husband needs to take better control of his Mother. You should not have had to say anything. You shouldn't feel sorry for him, you should be angry at him for not putting his big boy pants on and protecting his family and home from this deceitful Mother. She should leave and hopefully apologize to the entire family for her rudeness.
