Help me think of a plot for a short story? Please help, URGENT!?

How about a student who can't think of a creative topic for a short story. Then he/she goes online to a chat room or something similar to get help. He/she finds a ton of different snippets of topics and creates a wild, Frankenstein-like story by stitching together a bunch of dramatic, romantic, funny, historical ideas from the chat room.
