my parents literally had a love at first sight thing. they met at a part and the only went on seven dates before they were engaged. the night my mom met him she called her sister to tell her that she found the man she was going to marry. they met in san fransisco and when my mom agreed to marry him and move back to arizona with him he literally did cartwheels (although he was prepared to quit his job and leave his friends to live with her if she didn't want to) and they are happily married to this day.
