Need help so damn desperately!!!!!!!!!!!?

i visited a site called hub. when i saw a memeber ship upgrade on, i accidentally clicked it and another tab appeared in my browser showing that i have entered an unauthorized site and it showed that they have copied my ip address and will be further investigated.. please suggest a way so that i can get out of this situation, please i am so desperate rite now
