Who know a faster way besides pumping to get milk out?

and a faster way to get rid of baby phat....i put some lotion on my stomach and wrapped it up in glad wrap((believe it or not)its really working...now im just worried bout my .....i cant feed because i blessed a family who couldnt have children..adoption...please help
