Can I join the Army while in Navy DEP?

I know i'm stupid, but i didn't know things would end up this way. I hate all the offers the Navy has offered to me so far. Right now I am in the Navy DEP and i ship in June. I signed A-Pact. Now they are changing my job to ABE and ship in October but i refuse to sign anything for that job. Apparently MEPS can automatically change it, but I'm checking on that cause i haven't signed a new contract yet. I want to leave now with something I want to do. Hoping the Army can give me that. If they do, can I change to the Army while currently in Navy DEP?
