What would be a lightweight system that could run Win2k with no service packs well?

The least amount of Ram and Harddisk space to run Windows 2000 well, not sluggishly, in a VM. I want to run many copies of it at the same time. I will have no programs running, except a command prompt running things like pings and other simple commands. One VM may have Wireshark installed on it.
