Is it just me or is Yahoo ALWAYS "currently" unavailable?!?

It's yahoo employees trying to get back at management and "prove" that recent layoffs are overdone. Fact is no one is needed for a page refresh or to go to a linked question or answer. These problems actually say that yahoo coders are crap and yahoo should fire them all.
