Is he a dirty pervert?

i am 51 and very attractive but i couldnt cope with my partner of 52 looking at 16 to 18 yr .he always made comments about young girls on tele and in public places.he said it meant nothing but he even bought �200 binoculars to spy at neighbours.we have finished but he has left me scarred and he dont care.i hate him and i want him blinded so he cant watch anymore
