Does he like me? Yes or no!?

He's always staring at me like a lot and well there's a lot of stuff like he use to hugged me and he gave me gifts and my friends say he likes me cuz he stares at me a lot and he gets mad when guys hug me but not when other guys hug his girlfriend(who he doesn't like he's just datin her I'm not sure why though) and today He kept touching me and when I was talking he tried to join in the conversation but he said like some really stupid things and when I talk about other guys he always makes fun of the other guy like yeah And I'm 13(almost 14) and there was this cute guy but he was like 19 and I was talking about him with my friend and he was right there and he said nah I bet he was ugly you just didn't see him right and if you switch the 9 around the 1 he is 91. You would actually date a guy who is 91 and I said no he's not 91 he's 19 it's only a 5 year age difference and he said what if he's old and like when he steps out side he turns all old and wrinkly (he never says stupid things like that) and he said I bet I'm cuter huh and I started like giggling and he smiled andwhile we were walking he kept on poking me and touching my shoulder and he was also saying things like I think I'm the nicest guy ever don't you? And I said haha oh yeah your so nice (sarcaticly). You were nice before. And he said oh and then I touched his shoulder and walked away and he said who touched me and he though it was his friend and he said wait it was you huh? Haha and he also walked with me like he came up to me and he started talking to me and he was so close to me that we were like touching eachother shoulder to shoulder and he kept making these weird noices so he can make me laugh and this is only some of the things that happened TODAY and there's a lot more but I know if I write a lot people won't read it lol so yeah haha but there is a lot more like the things that he does daily.
